One conversation. Six connected services.
CingChat is the communication core. CingLink, CingBook, CingReviews, CingMarket and CingPay connect practical tasks to that conversation. A user can contact a business, discuss an offer, book or buy, and later share their experience without losing the context of the original request.
A full messaging foundation
The target scope includes personal and group messaging, media, voice and video calls, communities, statuses and channels. Account controls, contact discovery, search, accessible interfaces and conversation organisation support everyday use. Android, iOS, tablets, web and desktop are part of the intended client coverage.
- Calls, linked devices, history transfer and recovery require separate acceptance.
From intention to a clear result
CingLink routes enquiries to an organisation and tracks their progress. CingBook supports booking requests and, where a connected source provides current availability, instant booking. CingReviews separates private complaints from public feedback. CingMarket combines listings, buyer conversations, reservations and order progress.
- Sent, delivered, accepted and resolved are distinct enquiry states.
- A payment does not by itself confirm a booking or receipt of goods.
- External publication depends on each platform's permissions and available integrations.
AI with user control
Cing AI is intended to understand requests, prepare actions and explain verified results. Users choose the context they share. An AI response alone is not evidence that an action happened: connected services must return an identifiable result and status.
- Material actions require the appropriate user confirmation.
- Users can withdraw instructions, manage AI memory or move to a person.
- Private conversations are not automatically shared with server-side AI.
A workspace for businesses
The planned business workspace brings enquiries, bookings and orders into a team workflow. Requests can be assigned by branch, department, language and responsibility. AI may prepare replies while people handle specialist cases and confirm outcomes.
- Owner, administrator, operator, specialist and finance roles have separate access.
- Financial access is granted separately from routine customer support.
Privacy and resilient architecture
The target architecture separates the communication core, AI context, service records and payment records. Personal messaging is designed around client-side end-to-end encryption. Access to a shared account does not grant unrestricted access to every conversation, document or financial operation.
- Ordinary chat should remain usable when AI or an external service is unavailable.
- Repeated events must not produce duplicate bookings, orders or charges.
CingPay: confirm, execute, reconcile
CingPay's target model is a MYR wallet and payments through an authorised financial partner. Proposed functions include top-ups, withdrawals, transfers, payment requests, purchases and refunds. Real-money operations depend on partner and operational readiness.
- Show the recipient, amount, currency and fee before confirmation.
- AI may prepare a payment, but cannot authorise a debit.
- An unknown payment result requires status checking and reconciliation, not blind repetition.
- The financial partner provides the authoritative balance and transaction status.
Revenue linked to useful outcomes
Basic communication is intended to remain free. Proposed revenue sources include business subscriptions, contractual booking commissions, seller tools and premium AI features. CingPay revenue would depend on the financial partner agreement. Final tariffs follow the pilot and partner terms.
- Evaluate revenue after AI, media, channel, payment, support and moderation costs.
- A paid business plan must not buy removal of negative reviews.
